On Saturday September 13, Melbourne gets lifted with the sound of two of the worlds leading Drum and Bass producers stepping up to the decks upstairs @ the Palace Theatre.

One of the true heavyweights of the scene, Spor has been pushing the harder edge sounds since a young age. His releases on Renegade Hardware and Subtitles, along with tight mixing and sets all over the globe have earned him a big reputation from DJ’s and punters alike. Spor’s involvement with new label lifted has produced some of his best material to date and everyeone will know him from his stellar “Lifted Podcasts” and silly antics and wicked beats.

Hailing from the land of stars and stripes, Ewun may be pushing the drum and bass sound in a different country to Spor, but he’s doing it with the same quality and intensity as his Lifted stablemate. With releases on Hardware, Evol Intent and Barcode – along with Lifted, Ewun is no stranger to dancefloors. Having just finished
a European tour the man won’t be short of dubplates to rinse in Melbourne, and his DnB / Hip Hop mashup style is something you won’t want to miss.

We’re gunna give the Shapeshifter heads enough time to run up from the Forum gig to part on until the wee hours of Sunday morning so no stress cause you can do both!!!
